@racheal_kundananji got her start with Zambia’s Indeni Roses before heading to BIIK Kazygurt in Kazakhstan. She then became a top goal scorer with Madrid CFF in Spain’s Liga F before making history as the most expensive signing in the history of women’s football up to that point with @nwsl side Bay FC in the United States.
She scored a goal in the 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand 2023 and played in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games with the Zambian National Team.
She has achieved so much and continues to inspire.

As an agency exclusively dedicated to women’s football, we know that the path we walk on with ease now was created by all kinds of trailblazing women: former players, mothers and those that exist as both. Proud to have witnessed @sdorrellflores, mother of #TMJAthletes @9tatianaflores and @floressilvana_, and @10marceloflores be honored with the Legacy Builder Award by @fc.mother during Women’s Football Week at @worldfootballsummit.
“Susan has not only embraced the challenges of competition but has also nurtured and inspired the next generation to chase their dreams. This award recognizes her tireless support, leadership, and the powerful example she sets as both an athlete and a mother—proving that legacy is not just about personal achievements, but about the lives we uplift along the way.”
