The expansion to France will boost TMJ’s Agent Division to serve new markets and improve overall representation services around the world.

December 18, 2025 (Fort Worth, TX) – TMJ, the leading women’s football representation agency in the world, announces its joint venture partnership with French Agency Elite Athletes (EA) as part of its 2026 global expansion plans.

“We are so very excited and honored to be taking the next step into the French market with Elite Athletes,” shared Co-Founder and Principal Agent, Oscar Gonzalez. “As we continue expanding our global presence, we can’t think of a better partner to work alongside. Edouard and the rest of the EA team have long established a strong presence within the French men’s market, and their insight will be incredibly valuable to us.”

Beginning in 2010, Elite Athletes was founded by Edouard Lacroix and Jérôme Meary who have built a commanding reputation in the men’s football space both in France and the United States, becoming key consultants for Major League Soccer (MLS) and the French Football Federation (FFF). For the past 15 years, EA has pioneered the training system for coaches in the US, academy systems and the development of players from the collegiate level all the way to the professional level.

“We are proud to start working on the women’s football landscape with TMJ as we truly believe in the sport, the growth of the industry and our capability to support the careers of some of the top French players,” stated EA Founder, Edouard Lacroix. “On top of that, we have seen how Ligue 1 and its teams have been a reference in the women’s football landscape so we will be looking forward to enhancing our network by working with the best representation agency in the industry.”

TMJ stands as the only agency in the world with a staff exclusively dedicated to women’s football and with +10 years of experience in the women’s game, TMJ has touched every market in the world, including France.

The agency’s origins at the collegiate level, an industry equally familiar to EA, allowed TMJ to make history in 2021 when TMJ Athlete Emily Alvarado becae the first Mexican goalkeeper to play in France with Stade de Reims Women.

TMJ continues its regional presence with French international legend Kheira Hamraoui, up-and-coming Paris FC international Anaële Le Moguédec who just debuted with the French Senior National Team during the 2025 UEFA Nations League Third Place Match, FC Fleury goalkeeper Penelope Cuirinier, and U19 PSG generational youth talent Nicole Fortis.

“It’s not just about building a bridge but taking a long-term relationship between two high-level agencies within the football space to the next level to strengthen TMJ’s ability to serve women footballers with the best we have to offer,” stated Gonzalez. “We want to keep building.”
