Abander\u00f3 un panel junto con J\u00falia Bartel (jugadora del Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid), Amel Negret (l\u00edder de la secci\u00f3n de deportes de Amazon Web Services en Francia), Judit Farr\u00e9 (exdirectora de negocio del FC Barcelona Femenino) y Sandra Riquelme (periodista para DAZN y Disney+); sobre c\u00f3mo talento, agencias, clubes e instituciones visualizan el crecimiento de la industria, cu\u00e1les son los retos a superar, y las sinergias por hacer para facilitar la estabilidad del f\u00fatbol femenino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d3scar Gonz\u00e1lez, Co-Fundador y Agente Principal de TMJ,<\/a> aseguraba que \u201cha habido una evoluci\u00f3n muy importante impulsada por la primera generaci\u00f3n de futbolistas profesionales que cuando comenzaron simplemente jugaban por amor al f\u00fatbol, sin la mentalidad de ser profesionales, pero encontraron empuje en una industria que se ha ido profesionalizando con ellas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde los 400 euros mensuales que pod\u00eda ganar una futbolista hace diez a\u00f1os y no llenar estadios, a que el FC Barcelona Femenino batiese r\u00e9cord de asistencia en el Spotify Camp Nou con 91.553 espectadores en 2022. Judit Farr\u00e9 asociaba ese momento al inicio de un cambio de paradigma desde la perspectiva de negocio: \u201cempezamos a trabajar estrategias comerciales para poner en valor al producto y a poner precio al ticketing<\/em>, porque antes nadie pagaba para ver f\u00fatbol femenino\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLas jugadoras queremos m\u00e1s, estamos viendo ese crecimiento, pero siempre se puede mejorar\u201d, se\u00f1alaba Bartel… El ecosistema del f\u00fatbol femenino va adapt\u00e1ndose y acogiendo las demandas de la profesionalidad, aunque queda mucho por conseguir todav\u00eda, y para lo que, entre otras cosas, hace falta poner el dato en el centro y ver a trav\u00e9s del big data<\/em> c\u00f3mo mejorar el rendimiento de la futbolista, interactuar con el fan y broadcasters, <\/em>y c\u00f3mo conseguir la transformaci\u00f3n digital de los clubes y federaciones. \u201cMonetizar el ecosistema y tener m\u00e1s experiencias y entendimiento con el fan\u201d apuntaba Amel, es uno de los principales retos que afronta el f\u00fatbol femenino, y los datos pueden tener un papel diferencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 18, 2025<\/strong> (Madrid, Spain) – <\/strong>TMJ<\/a> continues to strengthen its partnership with the most renowned event in the football industry, World Football Summit<\/a>. The global women\u2019s football agency led a panel featuring J\u00falia Bartel (Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid player), Amel Negret (Head of Sports at Amazon Web Services France), Judit Farr\u00e9 (former Business Director of FC Barcelona Femenino), and Sandra Riquelme (journalist for DAZN and Disney+). \u201cThere has been significant evolution driven by the first generation of professional female players, who began simply playing out of love for football, without the mindset of being professionals, yet found strength in an industry that has progressively professionalized alongside them,\u201d stated Co-Founder and Principal Agent at TMJ, \u00d3scar Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From earning as little as \u20ac400 per month a decade ago and playing to empty stadiums, to FC Barcelona Femenino breaking the attendance record at Spotify Camp Nou with 91,553 fans in 2022\u2014the transformation has been remarkable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judit Farr\u00e9 linked that milestone to a shift in business perspective, sharing, \u201cWe started developing commercial strategies to enhance the value of the product and to put a price on ticketing, because before, no one paid to watch women\u2019s football.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe, as players, want more. We\u2019re witnessing this growth, but there\u2019s always room for improvement,\u201d added Bartel. The women\u2019s football ecosystem is adapting to professional demands, though there is still much to achieve. Among the keys to progress are leveraging data and big data to improve player performance, engage fans and broadcasters, and drive the digital transformation of clubs and federations. \u201cMonetizing the ecosystem and creating better fan experiences and insights is one of the main challenges women\u2019s football faces, and data can play a defining role,\u201d Negret stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the industry advances\u2014through new opportunities and ongoing challenges\u2014educating players in professionalism remains essential.
