Abander\u00f3 un panel junto con J\u00falia Bartel (jugadora del Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid), Amel Negret (l\u00edder de la secci\u00f3n de deportes de Amazon Web Services en Francia), Judit Farr\u00e9 (exdirectora de negocio del FC Barcelona Femenino) y Sandra Riquelme (periodista para DAZN y Disney+); sobre c\u00f3mo talento, agencias, clubes e instituciones visualizan el crecimiento de la industria, cu\u00e1les son los retos a superar, y las sinergias por hacer para facilitar la estabilidad del f\u00fatbol femenino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/oscar-gonzalez-peinado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">\u00d3scar Gonz\u00e1lez, Co-Fundador y Agente Principal de TMJ,<\/a> aseguraba que \u201cha habido una evoluci\u00f3n muy importante impulsada por la primera generaci\u00f3n de futbolistas profesionales que cuando comenzaron simplemente jugaban por amor al f\u00fatbol, sin la mentalidad de ser profesionales, pero encontraron empuje en una industria que se ha ido profesionalizando con ellas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde los 400 euros mensuales que pod\u00eda ganar una futbolista hace diez a\u00f1os y no llenar estadios, a que el FC Barcelona Femenino batiese r\u00e9cord de asistencia en el Spotify Camp Nou con 91.553 espectadores en 2022. Judit Farr\u00e9 asociaba ese momento al inicio de un cambio de paradigma desde la perspectiva de negocio: \u201cempezamos a trabajar estrategias comerciales para poner en valor al producto y a poner precio al <em>ticketing<\/em>, porque antes nadie pagaba para ver f\u00fatbol femenino\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas jugadoras queremos m\u00e1s, estamos viendo ese crecimiento, pero siempre se puede mejorar\u201d, se\u00f1alaba Bartel&#8230; El ecosistema del f\u00fatbol femenino va adapt\u00e1ndose y acogiendo las demandas de la profesionalidad, aunque queda mucho por conseguir todav\u00eda, y para lo que, entre otras cosas, hace falta poner el dato en el centro y ver a trav\u00e9s del <em>big data<\/em> c\u00f3mo mejorar el rendimiento de la futbolista, interactuar con el fan y <em>broadcasters, <\/em>y c\u00f3mo conseguir la transformaci\u00f3n digital de los clubes y federaciones. \u201cMonetizar el ecosistema y tener m\u00e1s experiencias y entendimiento con el fan\u201d apuntaba Amel, es uno de los principales retos que afronta el f\u00fatbol femenino, y los datos pueden tener un papel diferencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras la industria avanza, a golpe de oportunidades y superando retos, educar a la jugadora en la profesionalidad sigue siendo la m\u00e1xima.
