TMJ will not use, collect, or disclose its user\u2019s personal information except as explicitly established in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information of TMJ\u2019s talent or collaborators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personal Information.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TMJ may collect data that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual, in the usage of TMJ\u2019s digital platforms when such data is voluntarily submitted through this Website or when applicable in the Website\u2019s cookie recollection, meaning the following information (collectively, \u201c<strong>Personal Information<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name(s) and Surname(s);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone number(s);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address(es);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statistical information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information regarding the Website\u2019s usage:<ol><li>Information provided by completing questionnaires;<\/li><\/ol>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information provided while holding communications with the Company and\/or its personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No sensitive Personal Information, such as Biometric information, including facial recognition, fingerprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke or other physical patterns, as well as National or government identifiers, will be collected from you in interacting with TMJ\u2019s Website. TMJ may share Personal Information with service providers or contractors strictly for purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, provided they comply with applicable privacy laws and maintain the confidentiality and security of the data. TMJ will not share Personal Information without prior consent or notice by TMJ to the user or as established within this Privacy Policy. TMJ will respond to such requests within 45 days, with the possibility of an additional 45-day extension if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Appeals process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If TMJ denies a user\u2019s request related to their personal data (e.g., access, correction, or deletion), the user will be informed of the denial and the reason for it within the standard response period (45 days).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users can submit an appeal within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of receiving the denial by contacting TMJ at the email address stated above. The appeal should include the original request details and any additional information supporting the user\u2019s case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TMJ will review the appeal and respond with a final decision within <strong>60 days<\/strong> of receiving the appeal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing or using the TMJ Website, you fully consent to this Privacy Policy, including our use of your Personal Information as outlined herein. If you do not agree, either partially or entirely, with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must notify us via the email address provided in Section 5 above. Users may request the deletion of their Personal Information as described under Consumer Rights.
