The Ontario native began her collegiate career at the University of Iowa where she became the leading scorer and was named Offensive MVP for several consecutive seasons.

After college, Cloé made the exciting jump to Europe, first joining Icelandic side ÍBV where she began to gain international recognition, earning two trophies during her time there.
